My 2016 GTI had a persistent rough idle, so I took it to a reputable VW shop. They insisted that my generation of engine wasn’t prone to carbon buildup and instead recommended replacing both the low- and high-pressure fuel pumps. After spending the money to replace both pumps, the rough idle was still there. I reached out to Brent, and he immediately confirmed that the Gen 3 engine in my GTI is actually well known for developing carbon buildup on the intake valves. He offered to walnut blast the intake ports at a very fair price and even sent me before-and-after videos showing the amount of carbon that had accumulated and the results after the cleaning. Brent and Ivan are both incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. They diagnosed the issue correctly, explained everything clearly, and let the results speak for themselves. The before-and-after videos are proof of the quality of their work. I highly recommend them.

If you’re looking for an honest VW specialist, I can’t recommend Brent at Euro Haus enough. I have a 2021 VW Tiguan that needed a transmission service. The VW dealership quoted me for the service, despite never mentioning during previous visits that it was due. I decided to get a second opinion, and I’m really glad I did. From my very first phone call with Brent, I knew this experience was going to be different. Instead of telling me what I needed or trying to sell me on repairs, he took the time to talk through the issue with me. He treated me like an equal, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel like I was being talked down to. That alone earned a lot of trust. As a dealer, I rely heavily on accurate inspections, and almost all of my cars are checked with Brent. His experience and attention to detail save me time and money on a regular basis. I had just bought a VW TDI from a used car dealer when, on the drive home, a flashing red oil light came on—clearly signaling a potentially serious problem. I quickly searched for a VW repair shop, and Euro Haus was nearby. I arrived just before closing, and Brent still took the time to check in my car, diagnose the issue professionally, and get me safely back on the road. The problem turned out to be a shorted oil pressure sensor. I also got the sense that this shop is far better than any dealer repair shop I’ve been to—and more reasonably priced. I was happy to spend my money here. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I really appreciated the prompt and professional service. Called to make an appointment for a pre purchase inspection of a Used Audi. Spoke with Brent the owner. They did a great job with the inspection finding the break pads and rotors are on the way out. Gave me some negotiating power when making the purchase of the vehicle. I'll be back to get the breaks replaced. It's nice having a VW/Audi specialized mechanic in south Orlando/Kissimmee. He is an honest mechanic who knows his stuff.
